Cobb Estates has an impressive portfolio of property across Herefordshire and operates both poultry and sheep enterprises from our farm.

The properties range from houses in multiple occupation offering well appointed, manageable shared accommodation for working professionals in the city centre, to renovated three-bedroom Victorian terraces in St James, commercial properties, alongside a re-modelled block of five 1-2 bedroom contemporary apartments and houses. The pinnacle of the portfolio is a luxurious, five-bedroom, architect designed 3,000+ sq ft family home.

On our farm we maintain a healthy Texel X flock of 250 ewes, with a lambing rate of 190%. We have a comprehensive programme of soil nutrition and re-seeding through our sister company Cobb Agri which ensures we can sustain a higher than average stocking rate. We also operate a 130,000 bird poultry site with biomass facility, placing locally to Avara.

Developments of the above in-house projects have taken place over the past 20 years, with our focus on aesthetics and quality throughout all we do.
